Cole & Claire Bear Report

It has been so nice this week, Mark is on a somewhat normal schedule!! We had two days off together last week and two this week! We have not had time as a family in sometime! I enjoyed watching him get quality time with Cole this week, seems like Cole changes daily!! Cole even got to sit on the Harley with Dad for a little bit! Cole loved it!! It has been such an exciting week! Cole has a new baby cousin Melanie! Now he has 3 cousins!! What a lucky kid!! I can't wait to see all the trouble he gets into with all three!! So fortunate to have such a wonderful family for Cole to grow up around! It can be tough being a working mom! I am so thankful for my job only working 40 hours vs those moms who have to work so much more! I miss Cole all day, and wish I could stay home with him, but I have to support my addicting habit of buying him clothes! Cole has become very interested in standing! Hi there! Well things are starting to calm down now! FINALLY! Mark has been working like crazy, making me feel like a single mom! He finally got some days off, getting to spend some quality time with Cole and I. We actually get two days off together this weekend (sun, mon) which would be a first in sometime!! Cole is finally over being sick!! YAY! He was better after his first stint, and then got two ear infections poor little guy. Then had an allergic reaction to ammoxicillian, which he got from me... the one thing I was hoping he didn't!! But he's all better now! Thank goodness! Cole is now eating all kinds of foods!! He loves bananas out of his mesh feeder, and pears and apples. I am very passionate about making his food! I don't know where this Susi homemaker came from, but I like knowing I made his food, and it's all organic! Call me crazy, but I love it! Okay, so I am really going to try harder this time to keep up with this! I want to keep everyone up to date! Just been so hard these days!! ;-) Cole has been eating solid food for about a month now. I am very proud of myself making his baby food!! I can't cook dinner for myself, but his baby food is pretty good! Only the best for my Cole Bear! He is growing up so fast! I honestly cant believe that I had him almost 7 months ago. He is such a blessing, and I thank God for every moment I get with him. He so far has tried sweet potatoes, yellow squash, butternut squash, green beans, avocado , apples and just ate bananas! It is so fun to know that I could give him the best! Cole is definitely learning that he loves to stand! He just recently learned when you grab his hands and he is sitting, he will pull himself up to stand... uh oh I am in trouble!!!
