Cole & Claire Bear Report

We have had such a wonderful weekend full of friends and family! We started the weekend off by starting little gym on Saturday morning with Stephanie and Hunter. Cole was a little tired, but really seemed interested! I can't wait to continue to go to classes! Then we went to Seattle with my mom and dad, and were hoping for a fun trip with grandma and grandpa... little did we know that everyone else in the world would be in Seattle! Poor grandpa ended up driving around for hours, and could no find a parking spot, due to hemp fest being in town, all the crazies came running! Mom and I wanted to pick up macaroni and cheese, so Dad dropped us off on pike street, and drove around until we met again on the corner! I don't think Dad is going to Seattle again anytime soon ;-) but we made it fun anyways!! Then Cole Bear and I had dinner and grandma and grandpa's, beechers macaroni and cheese and cheese cake for dinner for me and spinach, peas and pears for Cole! He loves their back ...

I have come to realize that Cole has more toys and clothes than he could ever imagine! So I have been going through stuff and seperating it to take to the consignment shop, and realized he's one lucky boy :-) While I was going through things, here are some pictures of how Cole was helping me ;-) I am going to save some money and actually stop buying him as much stuff that we/he does not need right now! It's hard though, especailly working in an OSH KOSH!! I stare at kids clothes/toys all day!! But for now he has enough, and I am doing good so far not buying him too much stuff!! :-) I am getting excited for his birthday! I can't believe he is almost 1!! I already have decoartions picked out, and did buy him one of our gifts already, for cheap since toys r us in south center is liquidating! I got him a Elmo rocker that talks fo $40!! It's super cute!! It's ok since it's a birthday gift ;-)

Cole had his first haircut last week at totally awesome kid's cuts! He was so good, and loved his little navy airplane he got to sit in. I know it's stupid, but I totally pictured him sitting in an airplane. I am that mom that makes every event special!! I took tons of pictures, and even a video :-) So here ya go!!

We had the best time this week! It was so nice to spend an entire week with Cole and having him hit a huge milestone while I was here! Cole is crawling all over the place now! it is so fun to see him move the way he does, and do the things he does! He makes me laugh so hard every day, and he makes me smile all day. It makes me sad to have to go back to work, but such is life ;-) Cole and I got to see lots of friends and family this week! We got to see both sides of the family, all Cole's Cousins, His Auntie's Sara, Becca, Jenny, Sheliah, Danae, and Christina! We got to spend three whole days with Auntie Christina!! We got to shop and even go to pike place market! Cole at his 9 month appt a few weeks ago weighed 28 lbs and was 31 inches long, and I feel like he just keeps growing! While Auntie Christina was here, we got to go to dinner, spend the day in seattle and have lunch with Auntie Jenny and Sheliah!
