Fun Weekend!!



We have had such a wonderful weekend full of friends and family! We started the weekend off by starting little gym on Saturday morning with Stephanie and Hunter. Cole was a little tired, but really seemed interested! I can't wait to continue to go to classes!

Then we went to Seattle with my mom and dad, and were hoping for a fun trip with grandma and grandpa... little did we know that everyone else in the world would be in Seattle! Poor grandpa ended up driving around for hours, and could no find a parking spot, due to hemp fest being in town, all the crazies came running! Mom and I wanted to pick up macaroni and cheese, so Dad dropped us off on pike street, and drove around until we met again on the corner! I don't think Dad is going to Seattle again anytime soon ;-) but we made it fun anyways!!

Then Cole Bear and I had dinner and grandma and grandpa's, beechers macaroni and cheese and cheese cake for dinner for me and spinach, peas and pears for Cole! He loves their back yard full of trees and animals! It is so relaxing in their yard!

Then Sunday we got to go to Cousin Kaylee's 3rd birthday! It was so much fun and I cant wait to see them grow up together! Cole's lucky to have two adorable girl cousins to play with! And of course his cousin Jack to wrestle with!

Cole then decided to have the messiest diaper ever at Auntie Sara and Uncle Richard's house! Even included a bath and wardrobe change! Never a dull moment as a mom ;-)

I feel so thankful today that I have my wonderful family on both sides and my wonderful friends. Life is too short not to enjoy every moment you can together! Love you All!

Pumpkin patch!

Today we went to a pumpkin patch near Enumclaw. We had so much fun. I love how many fun things they have for kids to do to really make it such and adventure. Cole got to ride the tractor train, play in the kiddie corral, jump in the corn box and so much more! He even got to hold a orange kitty! Maybe one day he will get one of his own, but not for a while! I have always loved fall, and all the traditions of this time of year along with Halloween. So fun to create new fun memories and traditions with our little man. Iove this time of year!!

New Blog

Well hello there!! I wanted to start a blog for anyone who cared I guess :-) I wanted friends and family who don't live close to know all about Cole, and see pictures all the time! Plus it's a great way for us to keep track of all of our memories of raising our baby boy!! Cole is already almost 4 months old! I can't believe it!! He is growing so fast!! He's already in 9 month clothes... yes I know he's a big boy! For some reason strangers always ask how old he is, and when Mark and I tell them they always say "oh he's a bog boy" really? get out of town!! Cole's acid reflux is getting better with medicine, thank goodness. Poor little guy. He's a blessing though, despite the BAD LUCK that seemed to keep striking us in 2009, he was our one truly amazing blessing. Quality Time

It has been so nice this week, Mark is on a somewhat normal schedule!! We had two days off together last week and two this week! We have not had time as a family in sometime! I enjoyed watching him get quality time with Cole this week, seems like Cole changes daily!! Cole even got to sit on the Harley with Dad for a little bit! Cole loved it!! It has been such an exciting week! Cole has a new baby cousin Melanie! Now he has 3 cousins!! What a lucky kid!! I can't wait to see all the trouble he gets into with all three!! So fortunate to have such a wonderful family for Cole to grow up around! It can be tough being a working mom! I am so thankful for my job only working 40 hours vs those moms who have to work so much more! I miss Cole all day, and wish I could stay home with him, but I have to support my addicting habit of buying him clothes! Cole has become very interested in standing!
